B Enterprises Sales Engineer (Jaipur)

As B2B Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will identify and develop new business opportunities and make inroads to recent B2B enterprises, service or enterprise sales network of channel partner understand customers' Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and HVAC challenges, and recommend customized clean air solutions. This is not a catalogue-selling role—it is a consultative engineering sales role where you assess client needs, diagnose site-specific challenges, build trusted relationships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver successful projects, close high-value deals, and drive long-term business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Client discovery and site visits: Meet customers after lead generation; understand their space,use case, air-quality concerns and decision process.
Technical site assessment: Inspectairflow, ventilation, ducting,room layout, occupancy, filtration needs, installation feasibility and space constraints.
Solution recommendation: Translate site findings into a suitableclean-air / HVAC / air-filtration / industrial-equipment recommendation.
Techno-commercial proposals: Prepare crisp proposals, BOQs / scope notes whererequired, pricing inputsand Proforma Invoices.
Sales conversion: Follow up with discipline, handleobjections, negotiate terms,secure Purchase Ordersand finalize orders.

Execution coordination: Work with manufacturing, dispatch, service and installation teams to ensuretimelines, handovers and commissioning are smooth.
Commercial hygiene: Track payment milestones, support collections, updatepipeline status and maintain clean records.
Account growth: Build strongclient relationships to drive AMC, referrals, upgradesand repeat business.
