As our Accounting Manager, you’ll work primarily with our Controllers and offshore team of accountants, assisting B Consulting clients with various accounting and business management activities
The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in leading client engagements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and providing accurate data to support strategic decision-making
In this role, you'll need to manage and lead multiple client projects, directly manage our offshore team, and communicate fluidly with clients to support their requests while also supporting our controllers
Perform a full cycle accounting close:
Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements
Review and guide the offshore team's work
Lead client calls
Manage client budgets
Reconciliations, accrual and deferred journal entries
Update financial models and cash forecasts with actuals
Manage accounting and business activities:
Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections)
Accounts Payable (processing bills, set up vendors)
Payroll and benefit clearing accounts reconciliations (401(k), medical, etc)
Insurance audits and renewals
Inventory (landed costs)
Sales tax management and compliance
Implement and use various software solutions:
Accounting ERPs (QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Puzzle)
Expense management (Expensify, Ramp, Rho, Brex)
