Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL database optimisation, containers, and container orchestration.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence, mentor, and educate across experience levels.
Demonstrated thought leadership, with the ability to anticipate trends and advocate future-ready technical strategies.
