Azure Database administrator (5-10 years)

Looking for a professional having minimum 5 years of experience in Database Administration with Azure data platform with strong understanding of database standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Developing data models for database structures

Designing, documenting, and deploying database architectures

Implementing technical database functionality

Monitoring, refining and reporting on database performance

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field is mandatory

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a software development environment

Experience with Azure data platform including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Data Warehouse (Synapse Analytics), Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Cosmos DB

Solid knowledge in SQL, security standards, BI tools, ETL tools and Microsoft Azure specific technologies

Expertise in T-SQL would be added advantage
