This Role:
As part of the AWM Client Service Operational Analytics team, this role will be responsible for creating; implementing and running an operating model for creating; evolving and managing the Operational Analytics data warehouse - including SDLC; ETL best practices; data dictionary & governance. This role will also play a key part in uplifting and automating the governance of the current self-service analytics platforms (Alteryx and Tableau) to ensure compliance with firm standards, and to manage the risk to the firm - while still ensuring velocity in the delivery of analytical insights.
Responsibilities:
• Primary Responsibility to ensure all BAU reports and Tasks are completed as per SLAs with Accuracy.
• Manage all Risk & Control and Compliance related activities.
• Create an operating model for the Operational Analytics team; which allows for the safe and effective growth of the Data Warehouse for this team - this includes process and governance for new data assets (SDLC; data versioning; data inventories; managing and governing PI; etc)
• Liaise with control, risk and governance partners to ensure that this operating model meets firm-wide standard
• Implement and run this operating model within the Operational Analytics Enablement team - with the goal of transforming the organization away from dependance on Excel towards
