Now hiring FULL TIME (or PT—-3 days a week minimum) Shift Supervisors that are wanting to move up in the company.

Successful candidates will have:

- Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience

- Strong team leadership skills

- Good communication skills and an ability to problem solve effectively

- Restaurant experience

- High school diploma

- Ambition and desire to learn and get ahead in the restaurant business

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a busy restaurant in the absence of the RM and ARM

- Being available for ALL shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Motivating and leading a diverse team of employees

- Ordering and receiving

- Inventory counting and control

- Balancing cash and making deposits

- Completing our Restaurant Management Development program
