Job Description
AVP / VP - Coverage - Investment Banking
Key Role and Responsibility:
- Assist PE Coverage Team in mining the identified Private Equity Funds in mandate origination for all Product Groups.
- Data Mining PE Funds portfolio for M&A Ideas, Exits - working with Corporate Finance Teams for the same.
- Work on pitch books, background research on specific targets / sectors.
- Establishing strong relationships with investors across the fund team
- Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact.
- Liaising with other internal and external parties on transaction.
- Minimum 8 years of experience at an investment bank with solid experience across a range of transaction types.
- Experience in end-to-end deal / transaction closure is a must.
Education - MBA from top reputed B-school's or a CA
