Job Description

Designation: AVP Operations – International BPO ( 2 Positions)

Location: Chandigarh

CTC: Upto 25 lacs

Experience-

Candidate must be a veteran with minimum 12+ years of experience in handling International Operations in the BPO space

Candidate must have handled a span of 300+ employees with P&L accountability

Candidate should have experience in managing operations BPO Operations for International logos

Maintain client service level Agreement ( SLA) and client satisfaction

Day to day operations management to delivery client defined KPIs

Work closely with support functions to provide gold class service to client

Assess technology needs related to operations delivery and service quality to automate the processes

Prepare and deliver performance reviews to client and internal management

Should have experience in Digitization, Automations, RPA in various functions
