Job Description
Position: Finance Manager
Work Location: Pune
Experience : 14 to 16 Years
Education: Chartered Accountant (Passed with First or Second attempt only)
Nature of Employment: Permanent
Joining Period: Need candidate who can join in less than one month.
Desired Profile :
• Chartered Accountant required with 14 to 16 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Big4 Accounting Firm or multi-national publicly traded company preferred
• Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
• Own the development and communication of the plan and forecast, financial reporting, operational analysis and executive reviews for Actuals, Business Plan& Commitment View.
• Experience to manage cost & expense of employee
• Well versed with US GAAP, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards
• Good knowledge of Income Tax and GST
• Work experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau and Excel (including macros)
• Strong focus on controls and processes and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people manager
• Independent thinker and strength of character; the successful candidate must be able to present positions and opinions in an assertive way, able to accept constructive criticism without shying away from a healthy debate
