Educational Background:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Professional Experience:
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Previous experience in automotive repair (personal or professional) is preferred.
Knowledge:
• Capability to perform vehicle repairs with guidance.
• Familiarity with shop equipment such as lifts, tire-changing tools, alignment machines, and scan tools.
Additional Notes:
• Must possess necessary tools for repairs.
• Minimum tools required: 3/8" and ½" impact wrench, socket wrenches (metric and standard), oil filter wrenches, TPMS tool, combo wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Valid Driver's License required.
