Duties
Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and online channels to generate interest in high-end vehicles
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new B2B (business-to-business) and retail opportunities
Conduct detailed needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicle options and financing plans
Negotiate terms, pricing, and deal structures to secure successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, maintenance packages, and accessories to maximize revenue
Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring timely follow-up
Collaborate with marketing support teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Support dealership operations by coordinating with internal teams on inventory updates, sales support materials, and training as needed
Experience
Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or retail industry
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a high-end sales environment
Previous dealership experience or retail sales background highly preferred
Multilingual abilities such as Spanish or other languages are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and utilize marketing strategies for lead generation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette
Experience in sales management or supporting sales teams is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and basic math skills for calculating deals and financing options
