Responsibilities:
• Empowering Your Team: Providing your team with the resources and autonomy to make decisions and solve problems can help to create a culture of empowerment and lead to better customer experiences
• Operates a delivery van to convey automobile components to commercial buyers, involving the process of loading and unloading the items
• Retrieves returns, cores, and replacement components from neighboring retail locations or outside suppliers
• Implements safety protocols for both driving and working, which includes the proper use of PPE
• Whether you have questions about a current project or are looking for advice on your next one, our knowledgeable store staff is here to help
• Abides by all the company rules and regulations as directed by the management, including adherence to safety policies, fleet usage policies, and dress code regulations
• Perform monetary transactions correctly, following the company policies in handling cash and charge transactions as per the guidelines
• Keep yourself informed about AutoZone's latest products and promotions by regularly accessing the company's information resources
Requirements:
• An individual should have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old to qualify for the driving position at AutoZone. Moreover, the candidate must satisfy the driver requirements established by AutoZone.
