Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automobile Service Champion to provide exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer handling skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair scooters efficiently. They will be responsible for tracking customer complaints, operating workshop management systems, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Handling: Receive and greet customers with professionalism, verify service requests, capture VOC, and update in the system
• Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooter issues, update diagnosis reports, perform repairs, and final inspections
• System Handling: Track customer complaints, operate workshop management systems, update operational status, and check scooter health in telematics command centers
• Technical Repairs: Repair or replace scooter parts, ensure knowledge of OLA Scooter technical curricula, and stay updated on EV news bulletins
• Process and Operational: Adhere to operational procedures, manage bays, handle invoicing and payment collections, and maintain inventory
• Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, and maintain inventory at experience centers
• Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear, use proper tool kits, and ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place
Requirements:
• Only male candidates are eligible
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass, diploma, ITI, graduation, or post-graduation
• Minimum experience: 1 year in an automobile industry in the service sector
Benefits:
Up to ₹2.76 lakhs per annum CTC including PF and ESIC
