Job Description
Role/ Job Title: Automation with Manual Testing Engineer
Business: Corporate Functions
Function/ Department: Information Technology
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivery owned focus – Primarily focus on delivering value by driving test automation in an inclusive, staggered pragmatic way
- Own the timelines, challenges and escalate early and drive the change
- Optimize testing process by eliminating redundancy and archaic old processes while replacing them with new age automation and design thinking
- Communicate extensively with transparency to build trust
- Build Intellectual Property for the Bank
- Embrace solutions which are Game Changers , reduce manual efforts with superior machine learning technology, without impacting coverage
- Be the Primary Point of Contact for all WMS Testing
- Convert serial requirements into a coherent Automation Design
- managing diverse stakeholder expectations
- Understand challenges in Automation and provide workarounds and inputs
Key Success Metrics:
- Number of Processes/Workflows/Test Cases converted to Automation
- Establishing and delivering to a Plan
- Early Escalation when plans are in danger of slippage
- Rate of Adoption of Newer Technologies and Processes
- Team and Morale Building
