Job Title: Automation Engineer – Servo & Robotics
Location: Dombivli
Experience Level: 3–6 Years
Department: Industrial Automation / Robotics
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Automation Engineer with expertise in servos and robotics to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing advanced automation solutions involving servo-driven systems and robotic across industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy servo-controlled and robotic automation systems for industrial applications.
Program and configure servos, robotics and motion control systems.
Integrate industrial robots (e.g., Delta, SCARA, 6-axis) into automated lines with PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
Perform system tuning, calibration, and performance optimization for both servo motors and robotic joints.
Develop and maintain electrical schematics, motion profiles, and system documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of motion and robotic system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead or support commissioning activities, FAT/SAT, and customer training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Mechatronics, or Electrical, Electronics.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in servos and industrial Automation.
Proficiency in PLC programming.
Hands-on experience with configuring and tuning servo motors.
Familiarity with industrial robotic platforms
Knowledge of motion controllers.
Experience with communication protocols
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
