Job Description
We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer for a cable tray manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing product drawings, sheet nesting layouts, and manufacturing designs for cable tray products as per production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD for cable trays and related products.
Create nesting layouts for sheet metal optimization and minimum material wastage.
Develop manufacturing drawings for perforated cable trays, ladder trays, trunking, bends, reducers, and accessories.
Coordinate with production and fabrication teams for design execution.
Modify drawings as per client or production requirements.
Maintain drawing records and design documentation.
Ensure dimensions, tolerances, and specifications are accurate.
Support estimation and production planning teams with technical drawings.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of sheet metal design and fabrication.
Knowledge of nesting and material optimization.
Understanding of cable tray manufacturing processes.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience:
0–3 years preferred.
Pay: ₹9,758.24 - ₹18,070.00 per month
