The Auto Glass Repair Technician role, available year-round and seasonally, involves performing vehicle glass repairs when replacement isn't necessary. Our paid training program equips you with all the skills needed to carry out these special repairs, regardless of your prior mechanical experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Gain hands-on experience in vehicle glass repair under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Fix chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using our handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
• Keep customer vehicles clean during repair processes and assist with shop housekeeping tasks.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to visit customer locations.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Complete on-the-job training and pass the Safelite SafeTech certification.
• Ability to safely operate a Safelite vehicle, following all safety regulations.
• Flexibility with training and work schedules.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and adherence to safety equipment guidelines.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting with weightier items, using hand and power tools, and standing for extended periods.
Base Pay Range (in $USD): $1+.60 - $27.40
