Job Description
• Responsible for servicing any walk-in customers of the bank irrespective of the segment/mapping.
• Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
• To co-ordinate the audit of the branch
• Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross-sell
• Authorize and check RO / SO entries
• Vault / Key custodian
• Data Accuracy
• Error free transaction processing
Requirements
• At least 4 years experience in branch banking operations.
• Post-graduate or graduate with appropriate experience.
• Should be oriented towards customer service
• Should have an eye for details
