Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll handle postal transactions, assist customers with retail purchases, and contribute to the smooth running of our store. If you’re a team player with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in-store, assisting with postal services and retail sales.
Process postal transactions including sending mail, parcels, and providing relevant forms.
Manage retail sales, including office supplies, gifts, and other products.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work weekends.
