Job Description
Audio-Visual Assistant – Classroom Management (Audio Visual Equipments/Gadgets/Projectors/Slide Screen/Laptop Handling)
Applications are invited for: Audio-Visual Assistant – Classroom Management at MICA, the School of Ideas (About MICA - https://www.linkedin.com/school/mica-the-school-of-ideas/about/)
Skill sets:
· Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or a Diploma in Audio Visual Technology from a recognized institute.
· Should have a technical understanding of Audio-Visual and IT systems
· Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (at least Excel and Word)
· Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
Desirable :
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Educational Institutions of repute
Responsibilities:
• Audio Visual support to the class sessions, meetings, congregations, admission interviews, student activities, placements and other meetings and events in MICA as per the requirement/duties assigned.
• Taking care of classroom infrastructure and gadgets and updating the audio-visual in charge on a regular basis.
• Hospitality and technical support to the course instructors and meeting participants.
• Collecting class attendance sheets from the course instructors/RA after each session and submit them to the PGP office.
• Setting up classrooms for exams.
Remuneration:
Consolidated monthly salary between 30,000/- and 35,000/- depending upon the skill sets.
Duration: Appointments will be made purely on contract basis for a period of ONE year initially and with a scope to be absorbed into the payroll of MICA if performance meeting expectations.
