We are looking for Product Manager for Life Insurance and SME Insurance for our Bancassurance Distribution at our corporate office in Mumbai BKC, Person having experience in Life andSME Insurance product Analysis and operational process, Sales Process Management, Sales Promotions.
• Have worked with Insurance company or Insurance Broking firms are requested to apply .
• Candidate who have a dream to achieve impossible thing in their life with aggression in work, Team Player, Hard Working and good command over communication and analytics and control over advance Excel, CRM .
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a life and/or health insurance product manager role
• Deep knowledge of individual life and health products
• Understand the product and distribution competitive environment
• Middle market consumer insights and experiencing deploying product in a direct to consumer environment
• Strong project development and management skills
• Have strong understanding with IRDA guidelines and compliance of Corporate Agency and Sales Practices
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with key internal stakeholders (such as operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and costing)
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a broad variety of distribution partners
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to deal positively with ambiguity in a fast moving start up business environment
• Proven execution focus
Salary offered: 15 - 20 Lakhs
