In addition, Brand & Tapply, LLC's practice concentrates on first-party coverage, fraud investigation and litigation, lawsuits involving allegations of bad faith and unfair claims handling practices, personal injury defense, personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, declaratory judgment actions, and civil recovery suits against medical providers, auto body shops, towing facilities, and others.
