2+ years of recent experience experience in Estate Administration

Responsibilities
Work hybrid remote (1 day a week from home) and low billables (Minimum requirement of 1450 hours)
Handle a diverse range of Estate Administration matters
Handling disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, disagreements between beneficiaries, or challenges to fiduciary conduct
Conducting legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Acting as a liaison between executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to facilitate the smooth administration of the estate
Assisting with tax filings for estates, including estate tax returns, and providing advice on minimizing tax liabilities
