Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Record attendance details in the organization’s database and keep entries up to date.
• Check submitted attendance information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain electronic files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Spot inconsistencies in records and make corrections when needed.
• Keep attendance-related documents and reports organized.
• Prepare regular attendance summaries and reports as requested.
• Work according to established record-keeping procedures.
• Coordinate with internal staff to resolve missing or incomplete information.
• Support administrative work and other data-related tasks when assigned.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of student and family information.
Requirements
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, or records handling is preferred.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools.
• Good planning, organization, and time-management ability.
• Capability to handle several tasks and deadlines at once.
