FS Roadshows is hiring a full-time AT&T Team Lead Trainee in San Antonio to support customer accounts and assist with day-to-day team operations. The AT&T Team Lead Trainee works closely with customers and team members to help create a positive experience while supporting AT&T wireless and Fiber services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and developing leadership skills in a team-focused environment.
As an AT&T Team Lead Trainee, you’ll learn how to support customer interactions, assist with account updates, and help maintain smooth communication between customers and the team. Role Requirements for a AT&T Team Lead Trainee
Support customers with account questions, service information, and general assistance.
Work alongside and oversee team members to help maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Assist with customer enrollments, account updates, and service-related requests.
Help organize customer information and maintain accurate records.
Learn how to guide daily team activities and support overall office goals.
Provide clear and friendly communication during customer interactions.
Stay informed on AT&T wireless and Fiber service options through ongoing training.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
