Empire Client Connection is growing in the Seattle area and looking for an ambitious AT&T Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing role where you'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless services, AT&T Fiber internet, account options, promotions, and connectivity solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Meet directly with customers in assigned territories throughout the Seattle area
Introduce AT&T wireless services, AT&T Fiber internet, devices, promotions, and account options
Explain pricing, service plans, internet speeds, upgrades, and available offers
Help customers compare wireless and internet solutions based on their household needs and usage
Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
Answer questions regarding devices, billing, account features, promotions, and service options
Build strong customer relationships through communication and professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity
Support customer acquisition, customer engagement, and team sales goals
