Sixth City Innovations is hiring an AT&T Customer Support Associate to represent AT&T telecommunications services in the Cleveland area. AT&T Customer Support Associate Responsibilities

Provide in-person customer support for AT&T wireless, internet, and technology services
Assist customers with new activations, service upgrades, account support, and product recommendations
Explain service plans, promotions, and product features clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
Deliver a positive customer experience and problem-solving support
Stay informed about AT&T products, network services, and technology updates
Work with team members to meet customer satisfaction and performance goals
Qualifications

Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face service environment
Reliable transportation for commuting within Cleveland
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
