Biitcode is hiring for the post of Asst Mgr Sales and Marketing for our client. Our client is into Service Sector of home automation. Please find the details below.
Position: Asst Mgr Sales and Marketing
Location: Mumbai -Marol, Andheri
Requisites:
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
· Proven experience in AMC and / or Project sales of Fire Fighting & Alarm Systems or Pest Control Services or Elevators Access Control Systems, CCTV, etc.
· Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to fire protection systems (e.g., NFPA, IS Standard, NBC) is desirable but not necessary.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet sales targets.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Pleasant personality with good presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using social media applications for generating leads and creating brand awareness.
· Willingness to travel and work with flexible hours as needed.
· Ability to work under pressure to meet customer commitments and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for the Fire Installation, AMC and Audit Services.
· Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
· Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
· Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
· Responsible for Installation and Annual Maintenance contracts (including Spares) selling for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Electronic Security Safety Solutions like CCTV & Access Control System.
