Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage import logistics operations, ensuring timely clearance of goods through customs.
• Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for smooth execution of imports.
• Prepare and process necessary documents for import clearance, including EXIM (Export-Import) documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the import process.
• Arrange E-bidding for freight rates finalization
• Hands on experience with any Exim software
Job Requirements :
• 5-10 years of experience in import logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of custom clearance procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing various types of import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading).
• Experience working with CHA agents or similar third-party service providers.
