Job Description
Position: Asst. Manager (Digital Marketing)
Min Qualification: Graduation
Experience Range: 5 to + years
Job Brief: Looking after Digital Marketing activities and work in SEO, SEM, SMM and use various content formats for branding of the company
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategize the Digital marketing plan with focused targeting and implement it for improved business results.
2. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
3 Oversee social media campaigns, including creating and deploying content, engaging with target audience and boosting reach with strategic ad placements.
4. Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
5. Design and implement ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights
7. Designing the Influencer marketing strategy
8. Increase followers on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
+. Manage end-to-end digital performance campaigns (media plan creation to final analysis report of each campaign). Execute all media campaigns in given budgets and timelines.
10. Analyze the lead performance of each source at a granular level (Ad set, Ad, communication, targeting, demographics etc) and its quality to make changes to the digital sourcing and maximize effectiveness.
11. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
12. Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.
13. Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to the use of digital marketing agencies.
14. Working alongside Senior Stakeholders, Digital Team, and business unit Marketing leaders, establish a best-of-breed approach to the use of marketing technology.
