Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills

 Maintain the media-related skills database for the various skills, such as graphic designers, illustrators, animators, 3D experts, tool experts, et al.

 Cross-train team members to develop readiness for multiple skills and roles.

 Mentor team members for smooth project execution (functional tasks, workflow management, stakeholder communication, norms management, risk management, SME/vendor management, et al.).

Business

 Engage in continuous market research to identify upcoming trends/approaches and ensure the proposals reflect relevant current practices and solutions.

 Work with the presales team to design/validate cost-effective and compelling solutions for projects.

Operations

 Monitor projects for timely, quality delivery.

 Ensure effective team member allocation across project and non-project tasks.

 Support in timely talent recruitment, training, and effective team utilization.

 Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and compliance of the project-level execution process, metrics, and norms by team members.

 Monitor productivity norms for effective utilization.

 Evaluate key vendors and support the supplier/vendor management team to meet the delivery outsourcing requirement.

Leadership

 Promote and implement opportunities for individual career growth paths for team members.

 Work with the competency head and functional head to encourage a learning culture within the team.

 Develop a consultative mindset among team members at all levels
