Role Description
The Associate Trainee will support the structural detailing and estimating processes, learning to prepare and review accurate rebar detailing, estimations and BIM models. Responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, performing calculations and collaborating with the project team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, offering hands-on training and mentorship to prepare the candidate for advanced responsibilities within the engineering sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree (2024 to 2026 Passed out)
Academic Requirement: Minimum 6.0 CGPA with no active arrears
Strong willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Fundamental knowledge in Rebar Detailing, Structural Engineering, CAD software, 3D modeling tools and Estimation processes
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹2,52,000 per annum
