About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and follow up with warm leads from vehicle owners interested in selling/scrapping
2. Capture vehicle details: model, year, condition, RC status, ownership, loan/hypothecation, insurance, and document availability
3. Explain the scrapping and procurement process clearly and build trust
4. Negotiate and agree on a fair purchase price
5. Convert leads into confirmed procurement deals and coordinate documentation and pickup
6. Handle objections around price, documents, payment, and process
7. Maintain accurate lead status in CRM/Sheets/WhatsApp/Internal software
8. Follow up consistently until the vehicle is procured or the lead is closed
9. Coordinate smoothly between the customer and our field, documentation, and pickup teams

• 3. Vehicle evaluation, vehicle finance, loan recovery, or insurance sales experience
• 4. Telesales, inside sales, or lead-conversion roles in the automobile sector

Scrapio Auto is a MoRTH-registered, RVSF-certified vehicle scrapping facility in Jaipur, operating under India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy. We help vehicle owners responsibly retire their end-of-life vehicles, handling valuation, documentation, pickup, and government-certified scrapping end to end. We're building a professional, compliant, tech-enabled operation, and we're growing our procurement team.
