Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and experienced Company Secretary to join our legal firm. The ideal candidate should have specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in capital markets and merchant banking. As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing expert advice on corporate governance matters related to capital markets and merchant banking activities.
Requirements:
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Having relevant experience in public issues, IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, Buyback Offers, Delisting Offers, preferential allotments, etc.
• Undertaking legal due diligence of companies including secretarial diligence.
• Preparing DRHP, Letter of Offer and other Offer Documents in compliance with SEBI Regulations and Company law.
• Having sound knowledge of securities and corporate laws
