Job Description
Business Function
Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximize returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Job Purpose:
Candidate will be responsible for 2 major types of activities:
• Functional Role: Risk monitoring and control checks, follow ups and co-ordination with stakeholder, MIS and reporting, data and repository maintenance, handling set ups and queries
• Technical Role: Assist in creating and developing dashboards, responsible for automating various activities, data analysis and assist in project regarding AI/Machine Learning
Job Responsibilities.
Functional Role:
RCSA activities
Preparation of RCSA model basis policies and discussion with unit
Testing RCSA – review of business processes to ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal policies and procedures, etc.
Finalizing RCSA model and report after discussion with stakeholders
Updating open issues tracker and tracking the issues
Product and Process review
Review of Product Program, Process Notes and Policies submitted by unit
Provide comments wrt Operational Risk
Ensure that appropriate controls are put to mitigate the risk highlighted
Appropriate timelines have been documented for the action plan
Adherence to the product and process approval policy
Ensure that approval from all relevant stakeholders is obtained
Maintain the repository of product and process notes approved by India Product Approval Committee
Other key responsibilities
OR Event and loss reporting
Vendor Risk Review
Closure of open issues
Analysis of Legal MIS for OR loss
Preparation of ORMC presentations
Conducting Quality Assurance of RCSA conducted by 1st LOD / UORM.
Conducting Operational Risk training for 1st LOD
Technical Role:
Data Analyitcs: Ability to analyse the large amount of data and bring the data into a structured form for ease in data analysis and planning for Thematic Reviews
Data Visualisation: Work on various data visualization software to present the data in a manner in which data can be easily analysed and consumed by end user
Automation: Automate various processes through a combination of Macros and Python programming. Main objective of the task is to ensure that BAU resources can save significant amount of time in doing various routine activities
Machine Learning/AI: Work on various tools which will enable the department to getter utilize the system for BAU activities and tasks
Minimum Graduate + Computer Programming
5 years of work experience in data analytics, data visualisation, automation, Machine learning and AI
Smart, diligent & good at co-ordination can be considered.
Work experience in the following areas will be preferred:
• Retail Consumer Banking (Incl. Vehicle Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Securities, Business Loans, Personal Loans and Gold Loans)
• Retails Assets Collections
• Credit Cards
• 3rd Party Products like - Mutual Funds, Insurance
• Digital journeys of consumer banking products
Co-ordination, Diligent, Attention to detail, Error Free Operations, Timely submission, ability to multi-task
Expert knowledge in Tableau, Python, Excel Macros and office 365
Knowledge in Machine Learning and AI
IT Skills Required: MS Office, Internet, Tableau, Python, Artificial intelligence
