Associate Sales Consultants - Chat
Minimum experience requirement: Fresher, 0.6 + Months
Outbound telesales of Insurance, Loans & credit cards
Location - Gurgaon
Role description:
Looking for a Chat Sales Executive who would be responsible for Educating, comparing and Selling insurance Plans over the Chat and Call (Blended) to Interested PB Customers
Selling financial products (Insurance) on chat and phone (blended)The candidates would be hired for chat process, 10-20% Blended processIt would be a sales role, hence high IncentivesWould require good typing speedSalary bar is negotiable depending upon the InterviewFully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodicallyEnsure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customersWork towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processesAdheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Desired Profile:
Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written English) Skill and Smart worker, should be efficient in converting interest into salesGood Selling and Negotiations skillsQualifications- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post GraduateShift – Day Shift, No Cab & Meal FacilityExperience – Minimum 6 month, Fresher’s can also applySalary – Max 30k + Huge Incentives
