We're Hiring: Associate – Sales & Marketing | UPRIO
Location: Delhi NCR (South Delhi, Gurgaon, Dwarka, Rohini, Noida)
Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Type: Full-Time | Field Role (Travel Involved)

About the Role
As an Associate – Sales & Marketing, you'll drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You'll work closely with parents, students, and schools — owning the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.
Compensation
₹3.5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance
Probation (first 2 months): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
Key Responsibilities
Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform
Enroll students into free trial batches
Convert free users into paid subscribers
Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
Good communication skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Willingness to travel and work in the field
Freshers welcome!
