π Location: Delhi NCR (South Delhi, Gurgaon, Dwarka, Rohini, Noida)
πΌ Experience: Freshers to 2 years
π Type: Full-Time Field Role (Travel Involved)

About the Role
As an Associate β Sales & Marketing, you'll drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You'll work closely with parents, students, and schools β owning the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.
π° Compensation
βΉ7 LPA (βΉ5 LPA Fixed + βΉ2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance)
Probation (first 2 months): βΉ25,000/month + Travel Allowance
Post-probation: Full CTC of βΉ7 LPA
π― Key Responsibilities
β Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform
β Enroll students into free trial batches
β Convert free users into paid subscribers
β Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups
β What We're Looking For
β Good communication skills
β Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
β Willingness to travel and work in the field
β Freshers welcome!
