Job Description
Associate Project Manager is instrumental to the execution of online data collection projects at Torfac and responsible for our success. This person will manage projects from beginning to end ensuring quality throughout the processes. This will require a thorough understanding of the Project's objectives and the timeline for project completion.
Skills Required
• Replying to Client e-mails within 30 minutes ensuring proper email etiquette
• Setting up the project in our system according to the specifications shared by the client
• Apply relevant quotas, targets and screening at our end.
• Test surveys before releasing sample.
• Achieve the numbers committed to the client within the scheduled timelines
• Tracking the live projects and taking necessary steps to maintain the health of the project
• Regular follow ups with clients for updates, closure or billing
• Ensure proper and complete billing of projects
• Exhibit consistent performance with quality in place
Responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies will be a plus.
Experience Required:
1-3 Years
Shift Timing:
8 PM to 5 AM IST (5 days working)
