Job Description
Position : Associate Sales Manager Insurance Sector
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Job Roles :
- Develop positive working relationships with clients
- Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
- Deliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved
- Describe the variations in policy details so that customers can decide on purchases with knowledge
- help in getting underwriting approval
Respond to clients- questions and complaints
- after initial consultations or chats, follow up with clients
Required Skills :
- Knowledge in organizing and managing a group of independent sales representatives
- Prior recruitment experience
- The ability for independent work
- Capability to inspire and lead sales teams
- Strong work ethic
Criteria :
- Education : Graduation complete in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Must have a two-wheeler
