Job Purpose
As an Associate Manager - HRIS you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining human resource information management systems. Provide advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs.
What will you do?
• Experience in Oracle HCM Consulting experience, Experience in Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management end to end implementation experience.
• Should have completed more than one full implementation project in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Senior candidates with Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management and HCM analytics with multi-Org and multi-country implementation experience would be preferred.
• Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Core HR and Absence Management Implementation
• Should have good knowledge in OTBI/BI publisher reports and analytics.
• Need to have experience in HCM extracts and HDL uploads. Preferably knowledge in Web Services too.
What do you need to know?
• Experience with preparation and leading system integrations and user acceptance testing
• Must have strong proficiency in the functional use of HRIS such as Oracle HCM - Time and Labour, Compensation Wok bench Module, Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Business process knowledge of workflow, workflow configuration and systems relationships within HR.
• Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes of payroll, benefits, compensation, absence, recruiting and supporting functions
• Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree
