This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Lawmen Alliance in New Delhi. The candidature must have zeal, passion and temperament for litigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently brief Senior Counsels.
• Appear before District Courts and other tribunals.
• Monitor compliance of court orders.
• Track cases through court systems.
• Draft pleadings.
• Assist during hearings.
Qualifications
Desired qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
