- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure that contractual terms meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
- Additional Certifications in Contract Law (Harvard Online, Coursera, or similar), Data Protection & Privacy Laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act), and Intellectual Property & Digital Media Law would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
