Business Unit Overview:

Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within firm and its effective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk; and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow for managing the direction of deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Java Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our Risk IT team. As a Java Developer, Individual will work closely with the Risk Management team to develop and maintain Risk applications

• Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and solutions for Market Risk

• Collaborate with the Risk Management team to define requirements and design solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and defects

• Develop test cases to ensure quality and reliability of applications

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices

• Maintain and enhance existing applications and platforms

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Java development

Technical
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading concepts.
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Experience with Devops CI/CD using Jenkins and Maven build
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
