• Review refusals, tribunal decisions, and disclosures

• Appear before tribunals or the Federal Court when needed Requirements:
• Called to the bar in British Columbia or eligible for practice
• Minimum of 2 years in immigration and refugee law
• Strong writing and research capabilities
• Immigration litigation experience preferred
