Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop a wide range of digital marketing materials, including videos, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, sales collateral, and digital ads.
• Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, creativity, and within established deadlines.
• Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to design specifications and budget constraints.
• Perform image retouching, manipulation, and optimization for various media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Stay updated with international design trends, especially in the EdTech sector, and integrate best practices into design work.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to produce innovative and effective designs.
• Contribute to video generation and editing for marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Web Skills: Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Portfolio: Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and video design.
• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Video Editing: Experience in basic video generation and editing for digital campaigns is a plus.
