Job Description
• Key Activities & Responsibilities:
• Details checking of interest on WCDL and other Bank loans before making payments.
• Reduction in Finance Cost by ensuring optimum utilization of bank limits for issuance of letter of credit
• Delivering on SLA as agreed with SBU as per SOP
• Accounting of domestic LC monthly closing within agreed timeline.
• Improve process to reduce LC Amendments
• Clearing of forex remittance advices on daily basis.
• Ensure that all documentation should be completed on time to raise commercial paper.
• Support in Trade transactions that is in LC including acceptances on need basis
• Support in treasury work MD Dashboard, Acceptance funding, SBU funding, HO Updating, preparation of RTGS & WCDL letters.
• Support in banking KYC work
• Implementation of following Digitalization to save processing time.
• RPA Trade Processes to save on Manual Intervention.
• Remove Manual finance MIS for Inland Lc & treasury.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com Experience: 3-5 years in Finance Domain Required Skills and Capabilities:
• Analytical Skills,
• Functional and Technical Skills
• Good Communication Skills
