Job Description
Understand and acquire thorough knowledge of various products of the company
• Coordinate with sales team for setting up meetings/demo with customers and close the sales
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing the goals set out by the company
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati is a must
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Good general knowledge as well as market knowledge of Real Estate sector in Gujarat will be an added advantage
