Dear All,Razorpay, Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Associate - Internal Communications & Employee EngagementJob Role : The Senior Associate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and ensure effective internal communication around the different events organised as part of the charter.Key Responsibilities:Employee Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and social gatherings.Internal Communication: Create and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, Slack, and email updates.Event Planning: Plan, organize, manage and execute company-wide events. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements. Vendor management and coordination.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Business teams to align engagement and communication strategies with company related employee goals. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding engagement and communication-related inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.This role requires a creative and energetic individual with 1-3 years of experience in organising employee-centric events, managing engagement activities, and handling internal communications.Please Note: We are looking for an immediate joiner with a relevant experience into internal communications and event management.
