ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR TOP 10 FIRM $1+0K PKG

This represents a rare opportunity with a well known Top 10 Mid Tier Accounting Firm. This firm provides their clients with financial/accounting services in the areas of business advisory, audit, financial planning and SMSFs. The firm has an extremely well known brand name nationwide.
The culture of the firm is outstanding with very low staff turnover. The firm is proud of their active social club, regular staff events and the positive environment within the office.
POSITION
The position of Business Services Associate Director has been created to cater for growth within the firm. This role will involve high level advisory, staff management, workflow management and client relationship management.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified
10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Stable employment history within reputable mid tier firms
Previous experience managing staff and reviewing the work completed by junior staff
Experience with large and complex clients
Very strong technical ability
Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
